Balancing compliance issues, public perceptions and the need to accomplish project objectives in a cost-effective, timely manner can be a complex task.  An engineer must be prepared to assist his or her clients through the maze of environmental assessments and impact statements, mitigation plans, endangered species, and permitting issues, all the while keeping the client's economic realities in mind.  EnTech professionals apply their experience in the integration of our client's technical needs with environmental regulatory requirements, all the while fostering good public and agency relationships in order to assist our clients in reaching their goals for success.

EnTech can provide a full array of services, such as wetland delineations, functional value assessment, impact assessment, permit preparation (Corps of Engineers, Bureau of Land Management, U.S. Forest Service and State of Wyoming), Clean Water Act Section 404(b)(1) guidelines compliance, and mitigation planning.  In addition, EnTech personnel are experienced in the preparation of watershed master plans, environmental assessments and impact statements, especially in the areas of reclamation and wetlands.

Additional environmental services offered by EnTech include:

  • preparation of storm water pollution prevention plans for construction projects in accordance with Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality (WDEQ) requirements,
  • preparation of permit applications for water and sewer system development to WDEQ,
  • assessment of coal bed methane impacts to existing lands and watersheds, and
  • engineering of municipal solid waste facilities.
